How to conceive?

Q: I am 27yrs old and married for four & half years. All investigations for primary sterility for myself and my husband are normal. IUI was done thrice but still I failed to conceive. Laparoscopic investigation was also done and is normal in all respects. Kindly advise the next step.

A:The next step would be to try IUI for 2-3 more cycles, may be along with some ovulation inducing drug and if failure occurs after that, then try for a procedure called GIFT, as you are suffering from unexplained infertility. This procedure is usually available at centres where test tube baby facility is available - all the best.
