How should one clean smegma deposited on the penis?

Q: I had unprotected oral sex performed on me by my maid servant, about three weeks back. Since the past two weeks the smegma has been increasingly getting deposited on the penis, I have been experiencing slight burning sensation on applying soap and water to remove this smegma.

A:Just wash away the smegma with a diluted antiseptic lotion like dettol. I would also advise you to please consult a urologist in person if you have these persistent symptoms (burning sensation).
