How should I deal with my naughty son?

Q: My 9 years old son is very naughty and talkative. He hits the boys usually in the class. We try to make him understand not to do this but he does the same. While studying, he starts with one line and then start talking. If he thinks he want to study, he completes it before time. He does not listen to his teachers. Please suggest.

A:You will have to be firm with him. Withhold some privilege (deny him something that he enjoys) when he behaves badly. He seems to have got used to having his own way at all times. Explaining limits is very necessary. If you are not able to manage at all, see a psychologist or school counsellor for further advice.
