Q: My 48 years old mother-in-law's ultra sound report reveals a small well defined hypoechoic nodular area measuring about 10 mm in diameter in the anterior wall of the uterus, suggestive of a seedling myoma. What should we do?
A:If there is heavy bleeding during periods due to the uterine lump, she may need a surgical removal of the uterus. If there is pain and discomfort, then also removal will help.
