Q: I have a two-year-old daughter. After being weaned off the milk bottle, her liking for milk has reduced. I have tried all sorts of additions like Bournvita, milk shakes, etc. but nothing has really worked out. What is the ideal milk requirement for her age? How can I get her interest back in milk?
A:At two years, she does not need too much of milk. One cup in the morning and one cup at night is good enough. Don’t insist on too much milk; try to give normal food.
