How long does it will take to treat puberphonia?

Q: I am 21 years old male. I am suffering from a high pitch voice. Currently, I am undergoing speech therapy and exercises but have not noticed any improvement hitherto. Could you please tell me what are the other options I can try?

A:This voice not changing and still being high pitched, takes time and you need a lot of patience for this. Please continue the speech therapy. Surgery can be performed for puberphonia and I think your ENT surgeon is the best person to guide you regarding surgery.
