Q: I have hurt hamstrings of both legs Can I run and try skipping? How long does a hamstring injury take to heal? When can I get back to my gym?
A:Hamstring strain would usually take 6-8 weeks to heal, depending on the severity of injury. If you have tight hamstrings, you should stretch them for 10-15 minutes before you run, to avoid injuring them.
