Q: How long does it take for dengue and typhoid virus to completely disappear from the patient’s blood and body?

A:Salmonella typhi and Salmonella paratyphi (bacteria)- the causative agents for Typhoid do not persist in patients who have been successfully treated with appropriate antibiotics for 2 to 3 weeks period. Dengue virus disappears from blood completely within 7 to 10 days.
