Q: My 5-year-old son weighs 19 kg. He is a fussy eater. We have taken him to three doctors and they say that since his health is good enough, we need not worry in this regard. He studies in kindergarten and it's a task for us to let him have a glass of milk before he leaves for the school. Our two-years-old younger son also refuses to have food when his elder brother does not eat. How do we improve our kids' eating habits?
A:At 5 years, if your elder one is weighing 19 kg that is more than adequate. I would suggest you to take your mind off your children's eating habit all the time. Your children are doing fine and leave them alone, don't try to force feed them. You have got to relax, other wise there is no solution to your problem.
