Q: I am a 26 years old male with a squint in my left eye. I underwent a surgery in both eyes four years back. After comparing my left eye after the surgery, half of the squint problem has been corrected. But I am looking for complete correction. How can squint be treated completely?

A:Squint correction is usually possible after a surgical procedure. The residual squint that has been left after your first surgery needs to be measured and if possible, a second surgery may be planned. Before that, a detailed eye examination and refractive correction, if any, needs to be done. Please consult an expert squint specialist for the same.
