How can I stop breastfeeding my son?

Q: I am 36 years old woman and have 2 years one month old son who still demands breast milk at bed time. He gets up 2-3 times in the night and its been a routine. I am not sure how to go about it as I tried feeding by bottle for a while, which did not help much. He does not eat much and prefers milk during day time as well. Please advise.
