Q: I got married 10 years ago but we still don't have a child the reason being that my sperm count rate has reduced drastically. The doctor says it is impossible to increase even though it was more than 60 million five years back. What is the procedure, food or exercise to improve the counts?

A:WHO criteria says you need 20 million good sperms to be normal fertile male. Having 80 million sperms does not make you more fertile than having 60 million sperms. No, unfortunately there is no food or excercise to increase it. You require investigations if seqential semen analysis show gradual fall, or you remain child-less even after two years of normal consummation of marriage.
