How can I get rid of broad feet?

Q: I have broad feet, which distorts the shape of my shoes and this is very embarrassing. Can it be corrected? If yes, where and how much will it cost?

A:There is very little that can really influence the broadening of toes. This could lead to stiffness and or pain. You could only modify footwear to suit your convenience. Knowing the potential for harm I would not recommend such a procedure.
