How can boils on my scalp be managed?

Q: I am a 31 years old female who is suffering from boils on the scalp (sometimes pus filled). They are very painful. I am also having dandruff. How can boils on my scalp be managed?

A:Recurrent infection over the scalp can be becasue:

• The infection was not eradicated in the first place.
• There is a source from which you are getting reinfected.
• You have some weakness in the defence mechanism or have other comorbid conditions.
