How can a new set of teeth be fixed?

Q: I am a 54 years old male and have lost all my teeth. How can a new set of teeth be set up?

A:There are two ways to do this:

1. Removable dentures- This treatment is being phased out as it causes damage to the bone in the long run.
2. a. Implants which can support a removable denture. b. Implants which can be used to give fixed teeth.

The last option is the best, and this is what I would recommend.
