Q: Is there any medical therapy required for a hypoplastic uterus?
A:If your periods are normal - there is no need to do anything. Medical management of hypoplastic uterus is at best empirical – sequential oestrogen / progestin hormone therapy may be given but only under treatment from a gynaecologist. This therapy cannot be given over the counter.
