Emotions - Schizophrenia

Q: Is Schizophrenia 100% curable? The doctor is increasing the quantity of drugs over a period & decreases slowly as per progress. The cycle continues for 2 years and at the end of one such cycle it was observed that Schizophrenia reappears. Why?
