Q: Is there a way to reduce double chin?
A:There are a few exercises which could help to reduce a double chin.
1. Pull your chin back so that your neck is lined up with your spine. Stretch your neck forward and backward to initiate the pecking motion of the pigeon. Gradually increase the tempo and sharpness of pecking. Repeat at least 20 times and do this exercise at least three times a day.
2. Make a pout sucking your lower facial muscles at jaw and hold for two seconds and leave. Repeat 20 times and do this exercise also at least three times a day.
You are not overweight. But, since your problem has started only 8 months ago, it could be that you have put on weight recently. So try and reduce a little bit that you may have added.
