Does the removal of uterus affect the sexual function?

Q: Is there any adverse effect on human health after removal of uterus before menopause? Can the person have menstrual cycle and sexual orgasm?

A:If only the uterus has been removed and the ovaries have been left behind, there should be no adverse effect on sexual function on account of the surgery, per se. She will never have periods again but she certainly can have orgasm.
