Does the capsule IBIQ 100 help increase the sperm count?

Q: I am 34 years old, male. My doctor has advised me to take 2 capsules of IBIQ 100 everyday for 30 days. I want to know, what these tablets are for? For the past 8 years I have no children and my sperm count is at 4 million. Can this tablet help increase the count?
