Q: I am a 24 years old man suffering from spermatorrhoea or involuntary loss of semen for the last 4 weeks. Can spermatorrhoea make a man impotent? What are its causes and symptoms?
A:No, spermatorrhoea or involuntary loss of semen in not a disease and doesn't make a person impotent. It is simply an overflow of semen from the storage in the body and in fact is a sign that semen is being manufactured normally in a man.
