Q: Is it true that nerve deafness and tinnitus adversely effect someone's memory and learning power?

A:Not in adults although an early nerve deafness in children less than 5 years of age may affect the learning process but the effect on memory is not established as far as I know. There is a delay in learning but no absolute stoppage of learning process.
