Does my nephew need to take pulse polio drops?

Q: My nephew got three injections of IPV, when he was in the US. Now he is in India. Should the pulse polio drops be given to him or not? He is 1 year 4 months old.

A:If the child has migrated to India or is going to stay for a long time in India, then yes; otherwise there is no need.
