Does my daughter have swine flu?

Q: My 12 years old daughter has cough for the last few days. She does not have fever or any other symptom. How can I know without tests that she has swine flu?

A:The history is not supporting any history of fever, flu like symptoms, and contact with patient who has been proven to be positive for swine flu or travel abroad. Mere cough doesn’t suggest swine flu.
