Do massages and facials help the skin in anyway?

Q: Can prolonged or continuous use of a sunscreen for several years wrinkle the skin prematurely or damage it anyway? Does regular use of face massage and facials help the skin maintain its elasticity better? Besides a proper diet, sufficient water intake and exercise, what precautions should one take to maintain a healthy skin complexion and glow?

A:Theoretically no, the prolonged use of sunscreens does not wrinkle the skin unless you develop dermatitis. The massages should help, as massage increases the blood flow to the face. I hope some one does a proper research on it to prove or disprove it. To maintain a healthy and glowing skin, do everything to maintain good health. Skin cannot be healthy at the cost of other parts of the body.
