Do irregular menses hinder normal pregnancy?

Q: I am a 35 years old boy going to marry a 30 years old girl. Although she is normal, her menses are not regular. Will she conceive normally or not? Further, on getting tense, her nose bleeds. Is that also a problem? Please guide me.

A:Even if her menses is irregular, she can conceive naturally. Getting pregnant has no connection with regular or irregular periods. Also, nasal bleeding has no connection with menses bleeding.
