Do I need to give my child a repeat of the polio drops as he vomited?

Q: As per the regular vaccination schedule, my child was given polio drops last week. After 1.5 hours of taking the dose, while drinking juice the child vomited. I called the vaccination clinic and they told me to bring the child back for a repeat dose if the vomiting was significant. I will repeat the dose only if there is no side effect due to a repeat dose. Please guide me on this?

A:There is no need to repeat the dose, if the vomiting occurred one and half hours after ingestion since most of the vaccine would have been absorbed by this time.
