Do I have hepatitis infection?

Q: When I donated blood last year, the tests showed positive for Hepatitis B infection. But I do not have any symptoms and leading a perfectly healthy life. I underwent diagnosis and was HBeAg negative with normal liver functions. Do I need to worry?
