Do adults need a booster dose for Hepatitis-B vaccine?

Q: I am confused about the need for a booster dose for Hepatitis-B vaccine for adults. I am 30 years old (male) and have taken the full course of the vaccine (thrice) five years ago. However, recently one doctor told me that one should take a booster dose of the same vaccine (Engerix-B, 1 ml) every five years and another doctor said that for adults booster doses are not necessary. Should I take the booster dose or not?
