Q: Can diabetes be cured at the initial stages? Could it be cured by ayurvedic / any other medicines? Could pancreas be activated by medicines/any other methods?

A:Essentally Diabetes is not a curable disease; however it can be controlled very well and complications can be prevented. Well controlled diabetes also slows down the progress of pancreas damage.
