A:Extracorporeal Shockwave Lithotripsy for urinary stones is a focussed form of mechanical waves that do not scatter beyond the target and have no radiation effects. They do not have any effect on sperms as the only effect they have on human tissues is local heating around the stone. They have no remote effects.
