Can the HIV virus pass through chapped lips or cracked feet?

Q: Can HIV be transmitted when some infected fluid falls on chapped lips or cracked feet?

A:This depends on the type of fluid. Please note that urine, saliva and tears have very negligible quantity of HIV (in an infected person) where as blood & semen have higher concentration of HIV. Risk of transmission to the recipient will also depend on the fact whether there are open sores over lips/feet, etc. or not.
