Q: My sister was diagnosed with genital tuberculosis 4 years back. Last year she had gone for IVF treatment twice. The doctor assured her for a issue surely this time. Should she go for a third time? Is there any side effect of that hormonal injection? What precautions should she take for a better health?
A:If IVF is the only method for your sister by which pregnancy can be achieved then I think another trial is very important because IVF does have a approximately 35% chance of pregnancy and to give her a fair trial 3 to 4 cycles are mandatory.
