Can I send Neurobion injection for my mother?

Q: I live overseas and my mother lives in another country. She wants me to send her Neurobion injection because she is feeling weak. Is there any kind of Neurobion injection I can send her, so she can use it or any alternative for it?

A:Neurobion is the brand name of a product that contains vitamin B-1, B-6 and B-12. Such a product is considered irrational and useless and hence was discarded in Germany decades ago. More recently it has been banned in many other countries too such as India.
