Can I eat sprouts for breakfast everyday?

Q: What are the benefits and disadvantages of eating sprouts everyday in breakfast? Normally, I take sprouts salad and sometimes I saute them in olive oil and add salt and lemon juice to it. Is this healthy for my husband who is slightly obese? Along with sprouts, we take milk & cornflakes as well. Is my breakfast healthy and nutritious?

A:Steamed sprouts is a healthy breakfast. Along with sprouts you can take some whole fruit to make it more nutritious. Also you can include green tea for its antioxidant properties.
