Q: I am 27 years old married woman. I haven't conceived yet. I have been diagnosed with tubercular endometritis. I am taking medicines for the last four months. Can I conceive? My menses are normal.

A:Once the diagnosis of tubercular endometritis is made, the chances for pregnancy become difficult as the endometrium (lining of uterus) get destroyed by the tubercular organisms. However, as soon as your anti-tubercular treatment is complete, please see an infertility specialist.
