Q: What are the chances of conceiving with only one ovary functioning? Will I be able to have a child? My tubes, etc. are all fine.
A:Yes, you can conceive. The chance may be 60-70%. If after trying for 3-6 months you fail to do so, you can get ovarian function tests done - oestrogen, FSH and LH levels and take appropriate treatment as advised by an infertility specialist.
