Can I change penidure since it is not available?

Q: My 10 years old son is suffering from pain at the back-side of his knees. This started approximately 3 years back. On investigation, it was found that the ASO titre level is 200. Since then has been on penidure LA6 but now the level has come down to 46. But now, the penidure is not available in the market. Kindly suggest me the substitute and frequency of the injection that should be given to him?
