Can delay in vaccination cause harm to my baby?

Q: My 18 months old baby is due for her vaccinations. We have shifted to UK recently. Will it be harmful if she is vaccinated at 20 months and not now?

A:The downside is that during the delay period (20 months rather than 18 months), the baby will remain partially unprotected for those diseases for which you do not vaccinate. So the earlier you vaccinate, the better it is.
