Am I suffering from pneumonia, sinusitis or tuberculosis?

Q: I am a 37 years old man who had cold three weeks back. Now, I do not have cold but suffering from cough and backache. I consulted a doctor who suggested an x-ray, which came normal. After that, the doctor told me that there is something wrong with my lungs. He suggested a CT scan and the results are awaited. Am I suffering from pneumonia, sinusitis or tuberculosis?

Do a complete haemogram including esr, mantoux test, sputum test.There is a lot of seasonal cough also happening which is taking long to diasappear.So you need to be examined to assess the nature of this cough and also see if there are any associated symptoms of low grade fever/weight loss etc. or not.
