Q: Some pimples are appearing on my thigh region with some pus in it and it is red around that pimple region since the past one week. Now the same pimples are appearing on the face as well. Can you suggest any remedy for this?

A:You probably have pyodermic infection over the thighs. For this you would require antibiotic therapy. If the infection is mild, local antibiotic alone may suffice. You maybe having the same infection on the face or concommitantly may also be having pimples over the face. Clinical evaluation to establish diagnosis is advised.
