Can abortion or pre-marital sex be the reason for lax vagina?

Q: I am newly married man and had sex with my wife only 3 to 4 times. In the beginning, she resisted as she told me that she was having pain but after a few weeks when I tried sexual intercourse, I did not feel any tightness in her vagina. She also had some fungal infection initially, which has been treated now. I asked her if she had sex with someone else before marriage, but she refused. I think she might have an abortion before marriage, which has made her vagina lose.

A:Please do not start your married life on the pillars of doubt and suspicion. There can be many other reasons for looseness of the vagina. It would be better for both of you if you get her examined and treated by a competent gynaecologist for her fungal infection. Pain during sex and foul smell from vagina most commonly occur due to some infection in the genital tract. Let us also consider the other aspect. Let us suppose for a second that she actually had sexual relations with some one before marriage. As both of you are married and have taken vows to be together for life, what matters is the faithfulness towards each other now. I would recommend to you not to think too much on this issue.
