A:There is no good support system for Parkinson's disease in most cities in India. On the other hand there is a good Multiple Sclerosis Society in most areas. In Pune at least the Multiple Sclerosis Society tries to help Parkinson's patients also (MSSI is the short form). The usual form of Parkinson's is not heritable. There are rare form usually cases below 30 at onset, which are hereditary.
