Take breaks

Working for long hours in the same position can affect your bones and muscles. To counter this, take small breaks and do some stretching.

Fix sleeping position

Sleeping in a bad position can lead to uninvited pain. Choose a comfortable position and environment for a good 7-8 hours of sleep.
