The ketogenic diet is a low-carbohydrate, high-fat diet. This diet is famous of aiding quick weight loss. It involves eating moderate protein, which typically means eating fewer than 50 grams of carbs a day.

Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension is a low sodium, low fat diet. It is opulent in fruits and vegetables, which ensures a substantial supply of minerals and vitamins. It is good for high BP patients. 

Mind diet
