Don't be too ambitious by planning for two weeks or more. Plan just for one week or a day in advance to balance your nutrition and calorie intake.

Include these in your snacks and breakfast. Proteins are the building blocks of the body; fats fill you up and make you feel energised.

For lunch and dinner, fill half of your plate with veggies. It will add more volume to your meals, making them more filling.
