Have set timings for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. If you don't have set timings, you will end up doing mindless munching and taking more calories than needed.

Instead of indulging in oily stuff, you can switch to baking or air frying. Because of this, the amount of oil used will reduce to a great extent and so will the calories.

 Modify cooking style

Packaged juices, soda and alcohol are loaded with liquid calories. Instead, make way for healthy beverages like chaas or nimbupaani.
