Apply a cold, wet cloth or an ice pack. Cooling helps reduce inflammation. Thus, it can help in soothing your skin

Moisturizing creams and body lotions can also be helpful. Refrigerate it and then apply for best results

Colloidal oatmeal

Colloidal oatmeal is finely ground oatmeal. Dissolve it in water and take a bath from it. It helps your skin in retaining moisture

Apple cider vinegar

If you have an itchy scalp, then this ingredient is best for you. Dilute it in water in 1 to 1 ratio. Apply it and rinse it off after few minutes
