Headache is a common problem. Most people have to deal with it almost daily. It can occur due to stress, migraine, sinus, etc. Following are some effective natural remedies to treat headaches.

Place a cold pack on your forehead, especially if the cause of your headache is migraine. Keep it on for 15 minutes. A cold shower may also help ease the pain.

If the headache is due to stress or sinus, place a heating pad or warm cloth on your neck or at the back of your head. A hot shower may also help.
