Dr. Sanjay Sachdeva joined Max Healthcare as Director – ENT in 2010. Previously, he was with Indrapastha Apollo Hospital, New Delhi for 14 years and then joined as Director –ENT, Fortis Healthcare, where he worked for 4 years.
He brings with him 30 years of noteworthy experience in the profession. He is a regular Operative Faculty at various State Associations of Otolaryngologists of India on varied subjects like Skull Base Surgery, Surgery for Snoring, Cochlear Implant, Endoscopic Sinus Surgery, Coblation and Laser Surgery. He is also an advisor for Indian Association of Surgeons for Sleep Apnea.
He has so-authored two books, ‘Easy Guide to Ear, Nose and Throat’ published by National Book Trust of India and the foreword by Dr A.P.J. Abdul Kalam, former President of India; and ‘Complications in Endoscopic Sinus Surgery’. He is also the Editor of ‘ENT What’s New’, a journal for recent advances in the field of ENT.
Dr. Sachdeva is an alumnus of Maulana Azad Medical College, New Delhi and trained at Maulana Azad Medical College, LNJP Hospital and GB Pant Hospital, New Delhi. A trained specialist in Cochlear Implant programme at Nucleus Cochlear Institution at Melbourne, Australia and Wurzburg, Germany and in Endoscopy Surgery at Tyronne County Hospital, UK.
